Its always good to see success
The Dean is now taking enquiries from all interested parties regarding my new Poker Pro System “The Vulture” and also my forthcoming six max system “The Jackal”, anyone who is interested in these should contact me at Carl@Pokerquest.f9.co.uk to register their interest. The Dean can also be contacted at this address for all other poker, gambling and coaching related matters.
Good to see Neil Channing go very deep in the 40k event at the WSOP, but what that shows is just how many players are capable of winning a really big title. I know that Neil won the Irish Open last year but he is someone who could certainly win a couple of bracelets or WPT’s in close succession.
Congratulations as well to Alex B from The Hendon Mob forum who has just been signed up by CardRunners. I wish that I had the articulation and the smoothness to make these videos, tried it once and they sounded very bad and my accent is not conducive to making fluent videos.
I was asked by Stox Poker and Poker Swat last year to produce videos but once again, same problem.
Speaking of problems, played a total of four hit and run sessions yesterday and lost three of them and it had nothing whatsoever to do with outdraws. I was called down three times with very weak hands which left me over $1000 adrift, did manage to claw $400 of that back but I think that I need another site switch as it appears that I am past my sell by date with this strategy where I am now.
Spoke to my partner last night as we are approaching the end of our six month deal that we had with regards him backing me. He had been trawling through his Poker Office 5 database and had found some useful stats for me. I ended up putting these to good use last night in the 25-50 game.
I was on the button and a 35/25 player raised from the cut-off, I 3-bet with 3h-3d and both blinds folded. Effective stacks were 6k. Flop came A-8-5 rainbow. They checked, I bet two thirds pot and they check raise me. Now I had to choose whether to call and make a move on the turn or three bet. Based on his Poker Office feedback then I wasnt folding this as the post flop data indicated that this was a player who tried to make moves post flop and mainly either on the flop or the turn.
I didnt think that he would 4-bet shove me so I re-raised the flop…..they almost timed out before folding. I ended up over $9k ahead which meant a nice boost to the year so far.
Anyway…..see you soon and take care
