Played a morning session with The Vulture again and had my best session in ages and won $84. After winning a nice amount yesterday morning, the games do seem weaker. So I am going to try and eliminate the afternoon sessions GMT, there is little action anyway and I end up only playing 3 or 4 tables.

So the annual jamboree that is the WSOP is under way, heaven knows how many bracelets will be won this year….I havent really been keeping track. I know that the $40k event is well under way (might even be finished now). People keep asking me if I am going to LV but it has never really appealed to be honest.

I have too much work on now promoting Cake Poker and especially now that I am preparing and testing my systems. The final nail in the coffin for me is that I have grown an intense dislike to cardrooms and this is why I havent played live poker since about 2003 except for private cash games.

Almost ended up at DTD last December for the 250k event but personal issues robbed me of that chance but all in all, I wasnt unhappy that I didnt go.

I have been saying for years that I would like to go to the WSOP just for the experience (I havent even been to Vegas), many people are gobsmacked when they find out that I havent even been to Vegas. Although I do hate flying with a passion and the furthest that I have flown in recent years has been Malta and that 3 hour flight seemed like 30.

But the WSOP is where legends are made for sure but taking three weeks out at the least from my duties that I currently have would be tough. I guess that I should have gone when I was younger, problem was that I didnt know jack about poker then.

But the Vulture is going well and that has been a big challenge that I have almost seen off, the only black clouds on the horizon have resulted from stupid indisciplined play but thats The Dean for you.
