Should I just go for it

Won $169 on the 100K since the last post and the bankroll now stands at $3704!! Winning has suddenly got a whole lot easier and one more decent win with the rakeback payment imminent is going to be nudging me to the 5k mark.

Soon we are going to be hitting a problem and that will probably arise at about the 5-10 or 10-20 level. The players at those levels are a lot tougher and multi-tabling will not cut it.

The problem that I have with these levels multi-tabling is that I am not really playing great poker. I am playing good solid automatic pilot poker which is getting me money but I need to get above 2-4 to get anywhere near the 100K.

But the games at 10-20 have to be beaten in a totally different way and this means that multi-tabling is not conducive. But my other problem is that my original intention to move up by taking big risks and just GOING FOR IT is now being infested with horrible toughts of busting out by being chronically under bankrolled and then having wasted all these hours for literally NOTHING!

That is a horrible thought, even worse than not actually making it to 100K. So I have been thinking about this and have decided to play at 2-4 and 3-6 if all goes well for longer than what I had originally planned. I know that it might make for a more boring blog…..but HEY!….can you blame me?
