Proud…..damn proud

I was taking a look at my website over the past few hours and it suddenly hit me how well it looked. It has come on a tremendous long way since its inception in October 2006 although not as far as I had hoped as myself and my partner Gavin are so busy with various other projects. But the comments and praise from people in the industry have been numerous about the site.

I remember a few years ago before I started playing blackjack and poker full time that my life seemed a tad pointless. I am the type of person who needs focus and something to concentrate on. Blackjack provided me with that as did poker for several years but playing online repetitively does something to your head thats for sure. I needed to change how I was operating and this was the reason behind why I went into coaching and advising as well as writing.

My first book gave me tremendous satisfaction and there are two more in pipeline and another being written as we speak although my first poker book has been massively delayed due to numerous problems. Well this year I will be looking to take my coaching into a different level and will be looking to take a very small number of people on board in my new mentorship scheme. I will pre-select about 5 players who I will then bankroll and tutor all the way to them earning a very considerable amount of money.

The type of person who I am looking for is one who is past the novice stage, just about breaks even or maybe slightly loses, is prepared to put at least 15 hours a week in and does not have the indiscipline to throw small amounts of money away and is also keen to learn. If you think that you possibly fit the bill then feel free to give me an e-mail.

But I would like to take five players under my wing and is a project that I have been looking to do for some time. Should be interesting.
