Poker Chip Sets

I played in a very funny live game a few nights ago where we used all sorts of stuff for poker chips, we even used Backgammon chips. It was a crazy evening and I managed to win a few hundred quid playing 1-2 NL but the action was something else. So what is on my agenda today is to buy myself one nice shiny POKER CHIP SETS, you know….the sort that you now see in petrol stations…..

The truth is that I dont actually own any chips other than the chips that I have as souvenirs from casinos all over the world so I have promised my mates that I will avail myself of a poker chip set in time for when we play next….I may find a good excuse not to turn up.

I may have already told you about my plans to play live poker again this year by taking on the GUKPT and GBPT or both. So 2008 is going to be a very interesting year for "The Dean" one way or the other. Almost as interesting as that character that pops up every now and again….namely Bluescouse.

He was the topic of converstaion on the forum again the other day and to me, the kid cannot be a winning player. His money management just sucks and so does some of his play. But anyone playing high limit poker online these days need someone riding shotgun for them or they are driving a fast car down the highway home. Have not played any online poker at all so far this month but I am really looking forward to working with Poker Heaven
