I could be really gutted shortly

Well you all know about Project Pokerquest and how much I have been looking forward to this. Well I have had a few niggling doubts lately and I have been speaking to other people who have coached in a similar way to what I was planning to do and some of the reports have not been good. It seems that the major problem is with the integrity of some of the players who are involved.

I spoke to someone who coached a player with the deal being that he received 25% of everything that he won for the first six months. Despite everything that he tought him, this guy still wasnt beating the low stakes games. He would analyse his losing sessions and he found it difficult to see just what he was doing wrong. The guy seemed to be having the worst run in the history of bad runs. Until he found out purely by chance some months later that this guy had been winning very substantial amounts online and had only been feeding him the sessions in which he hadnt done so well and failed to report big wins.

I would like to say that this is an isolated case but unfortunately it isnt. Although I must have been naive to think that I wasnt going to encounter this at some stage. I mean, back when I played blackjack, we had a problem with integrity and I actually KNEW some of these guys. There is not a single person who is about to start PP with me who I have even met let alone know.

So already I am on a downer about this and we havent even started and now I am seriously contemplating jacking the whole lot in, the mentorship, Project Pokerquest and the book that was to follow.  With only a week and a half until the start of it then the timing is horrible. I know that every person will not be like this and there will be many honest people out there but my time is very precious these days and I simply cannot afford to have it wasted.

So I am having to think real hard about what I will be doing and I will be contacting all members shortly to tell them what I have decided. I may try and think of yet another alternate way to operate and I will have to get my thinking cap on. So I will let you all know what is happening shortly and we will take it from there…..but I am a little miffed to be honest because I had high hopes with this and so did my publisher.
