Holiday….what holiday??

I have only been away for three days for a spot of pleasure/business and all hell has broken loose since I got back. Over one hundred e-mails that I needed to reply to and this has taken me most of today. Although it just goes to underline how much the poker side of things has grown now where I simply cannot get a few days away without everything going wacko.

You will be seeing my ugly mush in even more poker avenues since we last spoke and I will possibly be writing for the two flushes, namely Flush Poker magazine and the Royal Fush Club website. But with my poker writing seemingly expanding by the week then I suppose that something has to give and I suppose that "something" has to be playing and I am certainly playing far less these days than I ever have.

But I have long argued that professional poker is not the life that many people think it is and it sure aint grand when all you are doing is sitting in front of a bloody computer screen all day. Another avenue that may/will have to get the chop is books and e-books. These are serious committments time wise and writing a 70k word book with all of the other committments that I have is a serious test.

Well I am going to keep this blog short and sweet but my blog will get to be a lot more interesting soon as there will be added features to it. But I have spent a large part of today driving and on my computer so its time to call it a day.
